Cruise For Kids
Since 2007, John and his wife Alison have organized and hosted the Cruise for Kids annual charity golf tournament, raising money for the Hospital for Sick Children.
With Alison's history of having heart surgery at Sick Kids as a child and background in event planning and John's love of golf, creating an annual tournament seemed like the perfect way to give back.
With many memories created and having raised well over $100,000 to date, they were recently honoured by the Hospital with a commemorative donor's plaque.
The tournament has developed an avid group of regulars and continues to grow each year as more people hear about the day that is always guaranteed to be a lot of fun for a great cause.
